Our client is a major force in this highly diverse though fiercely competitive UK legal sector. We worked extremely closely with the firm to identify niche individuals with exactly the right balance of experience and technical knowledge. We then had to identify lawyers with the drive to lead the team, and build on a twenty-year legacy. We handled all salary negotiations within budget. Twenty-four months later and our client is leading the market and consolidating their position with their newly acquired Head of Team at the helm.

Seeking to build a new, but related revenue stream, our client tasked us with searching for a Head of Team. This person could only come from a larger rival with a thriving credit management team, the field was very small, and so discretion was paramount. We researched a list of suitable lawyers and, once agreed with our client, worked on refining our list to ascertain which of these would be most capable of stepping up to a new challenge. Our search, and subsequent work, resulted in the establishment of one of the most successful credit management teams on the South Coast of England.
